Barbara Jean White

Barbara Jean White, 81, of Elkton, passed away on Monday, July 1, 2024 at Journeys Crossing.

She was born on March 12, 1943 and was a daughter of the late Leland Leroy and Jean Gray (Pussey) Ervin.

Barbara was united in marriage to Clarence "Sonny" LeRoy White, who preceded her in death. She had lived most of her life in the Baltimore area and had retired from Seagrams Distillery, now known as Diageo Distillery, after 25 plus years of service.

Barbara is survived by children, Donna (Larry) Campbell, of Mount Solon, David (Penny) Knott, of Elkton; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by son, Daniel Knott, and wife Barbara, brother, Leland Ervin and sister, Ada Ervin.

The family will receive friends on Friday, July 5, 2024 from 6 PM to 8 PM at Johnson Funeral and Cremation Service in Bridgewater.

A graveside service will be held at 1 PM on Tuesday, July 9th at Meadowridge Memorial Park in Elkridge, MD.
