Anna Lee Casady

Anna Lee Casady, 93, of Churchville, passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at Augusta Health.

She was born on December 11, 1930 and was a daughter of the late Emory and Mary (Wanger) Losh.

Anna Lee had worked at Sancar. She was a strong and caring woman. She was active with the Briery Branch Community Center and the Myers Hodge Post #8644 Ladies Auxiliary. She helped organize numerous lawn parties and taught the "Branchettes". Anna Lee was the seamstress for everyone in the community.

She is survived by her granddaughter, Heather Auville; great granddaughter; Jasmine Stogdale; grandsons, Curtiss Knighting, Jr. and Collin Knighting; and special friend and care giver, Ricky Cupp.

She was preceded in death by daughter, Sharon Auville.

A service celebrating Anna's life will be held on February 25, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Johnson Funeral and Cremation Service in Bridgewater with Pastor Bill Curry officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Churchville Volunteer Fire and Rescue.
