E. Muzon Folk

VERONA – Ernest Muzon Folk, 84, passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2026 in Augusta Health, three days prior to his 85th birthday.

Born in Staunton, Virginia, he was a son of the late Ernest and Edna Virginia (Jordan) Folk. Muzon worked at E. I. DuPont in Waynesboro for 40 years before retiring. He attended Second Presbyterian Church in Staunton.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Edna Eugenia Norskog and Shelia Punetta Fox.

Surviving are a daughter, Lori Alison Stull and husband Phillip of Weyers Cave; a stepson, Ritchie Lynn White; four sisters, Fonda Lee Anderson of Fishersville, Leeta Ernestine Hiner of Roanoke, Jeris Ermae Cassel of Piscataway, New Jersey and Brenda Carol Folk of Pasadena, Calif.; a brother, John Calvin Folk of Staunton; and nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday (September 26) in Union Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
