Cathy Anne Rowland, 67, of Dayton, passed away on Monday, September 21, 2026 at Sentara RMH Medical Center.
She was born on February 26, 1959 and was a daughter of Charles Wright and the late Shelby Jean (Shoemaker) Wright.
Cathy is survived by daughter, Amanda Plaugher, of Dayton; brother, Bobby Wright; sister, Julie Wright Carroll; grandchildren, Adam Lewis, Charlie Plaugher, Lilly Plaugher, Noah Plaugher; numerous friends and a special friend, Becky Martin.
