Peggy Sue Jennings

Peggy Sue Jennings, 72, of Broadway, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at home.

She was born on June 1, 1954, and the daughter of the late Silas Rex Young and Wanda Genelle (Pate) Young, who survives.

Peggy had worked in Quality Assurance at Montebello Packaging in Harrisonburg, VA.

Peggy was united in marriage to David Jennings who preceded her in death on August 23, 2025.

Peggy is survived by three children, Jennifer (Michael) Moore, Elizabeth (Kyle) Collins, Bryan (Jennifer) Havener; three grandchildren, Matthew Moore, Chase Havener, Claire Havener; one brother, Dennis Young; two sisters, Yvonne Strawderman, Barbara Abbrescia.
