Fleta Rebecca Hise

Fleda Rebecca Hise, 77, of Bridgewater, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2026.

She was born on December 30, 1948, and was a daughter of the late Harvey and Pansy (Smith) Price.

Fleda was united in marriage on March 8, 1968 to Harry E. Hise, Jr. who, preceded her in death on November 10, 1999.

Fleda is survived by her brother, Stanley Price, and sister, Melita Rader, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Jeff Hise; and brothers, Samuel "Pete" Price and David Price; and her sister, Alice Sutphin.

A service celebrating Fleda's life will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at Johnson Funeral and Cremation Service in Bridgewater, with David Kite officiating. Burial will follow at Emmanuel Church of the Brethren Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 1:45 PM prior to the service.
