Shirley Blosser Miller

Shirley B. Miller, 88, of Port Republic, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.

She was born on August 5, 1937 and was a daughter of the late Leo E. Blosser and Irene M. (Sours) Blosser.

Shirley was united in marriage on September 14, 1955 to J. Nelson Miller who preceded her in death on January 12, 2022.

Shirley is survived by four children, Teresa M. (Bob) Wease, Debra M. (Phil) Landes, James Nelson Miller, II, and Diane M. (Mike) Golladay; 12 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to her parents and spouse, Shirley was preceded in death by two sisters, Phyllis Hawkins and Doris Brewer; and a brother, Nelson F. Blosser.

A service celebrating Shirley's life will be held on June 27, 2026 at 12:00 PM at Johnson Funeral and Cremation Service in Grottoes with Pastor Josh Shifflett officiating. Burial will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
