Norman "Dale" McNett
Norman "Dale" McNett, 69, of Bridgewater, passed away June 1, 2026, surrounded by loved ones at his home.
Dale was born on November 19, 1956 in Montezuma. He was the son of Meda Elizabeth (Knott) McNett, and the late Norman Dwight McNett.
Dale was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He shared 13 happy years of marriage with his beloved wife, Clarinda McNett, of Bridgewater.
He retired from White Wave after 26 years of service. He loved listening to music, working on word puzzles, watching Westerns, working on vehicles and driving trucks. Family meant everything to Dale, and he treasured every moment spent with those he loved especially watching his grandson play ball and granddaughter cheer.
He is survived by his children, Emily Sprouse and husband, Chris, and their children Kayla, Blake, and Tristan; Amber Cleck and husband, Brian, and their daughter Kendyl; Krystle Dove and her children Damion (wife Katie Dove) and Landon; and Diamond, and her children Alayna and Carson Patterson. He is also survived by his brother, Randy McNett and wife, Debbie; nephews, Joshua (wife Danielle and son Ashton McNett), and Elliot Reedy; niece, Megan Fifer (wife Rebecca and daughter Brittany Roadcap); many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss him; and a special family friend, Randy Showalter.
In addition to his father, Dale was preceded in death by two sisters, Sharon Reedy, and Kathy Fifer.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM on Monday, June 8, 2026, at the Johnson Funeral & Cremation Service in Bridgewater.
A graveside service celebrating Dale's life will be private at Beaver Creek Cemetery in Bridgewater.
Dale will be remembered for his love of family, his kind heart, and the lasting impact he made on all who knew him.
