Tracy Loraine (Mccutcheon) Oscar

Tracy Loraine (McCutcheon) Oscar, 54, widow of Robert Lee Oscar of Waynesboro, passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville. Ms. Oscar was born in Staunton, Virginia, on June 6, 1971, a daughter of the late James Richard “Sam” McCutcheon and Bonnie Lou (Jackson) McCutcheon. Tracy enjoyed thrifting, traveling, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, James Edward McCutcheon and Larry Eugene McCutcheon. Surviving are two daughters, Jessica Dame and Angel Strawderman and fiancé Aaron Riley; three brothers, Randy McCutcheon (Lori), David McCutcheon, and Bobby Lee McCutcheon; a sister, Della Mae McCutcheon; five grandchildren, Mason, Remington, Zackary, Bonnie, and Phoenix; and four nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at the Augusta Springs Community Park. Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
