Peggy Lynn Bailey, 69, of Stuarts Draft, passed away on April 16, 2026 at the UVA Medical Center in Charlottesville. She was born in Rutland, VT on October 22, 1956, a daughter of the late Glenn Gary Little John and Margaret Cotley.
Survivors include her husband, James R. Bailey, Sr.; children: Winston Matthews of Christiansburg, Alexandria Turben of Winchester, Timothy Matthews of Elkton, and Carla Anna Matthews of DuLuth, GA; step-son, JR Bailey of Orange; three grandchildren and four step-grandchildren; as well as extended family and friends.
Per Peggy's wishes there will be no formal services.
