Robert Allen Frame, 59, of Front Royal, VA passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal, VA.Robert was born in Warren County, VA on February 19, 1967, a son of the late Richard Jenkins and Brenda Jean Frame Costello. Robert enjoyed spending quality time with his family, playing pool, and karaoke. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
