Timothy "Andy" Stiltner

Timothy Andrew Stiltner, lovingly known to family and friends as Andy, passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2026 after a hard fought battle from metastatic prostate cancer.

Andy was born on October 8, 1976, in Fairfax, VA. At the age of 12, he moved with his parents, Jim and LouAnn, to Strasburg, VA, where he spent the remainder of his life and proudly called home.

Andy graduated from Strasburg High School in 1994. While still in high school, he began working for Judd’s Incorporated—also known over the years as The Press, Perry Judd’s, RR Donnelley, and LSC Communications—where he dedicated over 27 years of service. In 2022, Andy took a leap of faith and began a new chapter with Winchester Equipment Company, a company he truly enjoyed being part of.

Andy loved the outdoors and anything that allowed him to be outside. He enjoyed playing golf, compound archery, four-wheeling, camping, and hunting. He was also a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan and a devoted Penn State football supporter.

Andy met his wife, Mandy, while they were in high school. After ten years together, they married in 2005 and welcomed their beautiful daughter, Ellie, in 2013. Andy was the true epitome of a “girl dad.” Ellie was his world. He proudly passed on his love of the outdoors to her, and she wanted to do everything her daddy did—especially archery—becoming an accomplished archer just like him.

Archery was a huge part of Andy’s life and the life of his family. Together, they traveled across the country competing. When they weren’t traveling for archery, they could often be found at Andy’s favorite place, known as The Land—a family-owned property in Pennsylvania that held countless cherished memories.

Along with his wife and daughter, Andy is survived by his mother, LouAnn. He was preceded in death by his father, Jim, in 2013.

A service to honor and remember Andy’s life will be held on Thursday, February 26th at 11:00 a.m. at Stover Funeral Home in Strasburg, VA. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. 

The family hopes to plan a celebration of life later, allowing family and friends time to gather and celebrate Andy in the way he would have loved most.
