Kay Marie (Kilby) Aylor
Kay Marie (Kilby) Aylor, 78, wife of J. Warren Aylor, of Middlebrook, passed away on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at Regency at Augusta in Fishersville.
Mrs. Aylor was born in Culpepper, Virginia on March 31, 1947, daughter of the late Samuel Ennis Kilby and Beatrice (Griffith) Kilby.
Kay retired as a registered nurse from the Virginia Health Department and was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed crafting, quilting, gardening and flowers.
Surviving, in addition to her husband of 58 years, is a daughter, Kimberly Aylor and Michael Pulley of Staunton; a son, Warren Scott Aylor and Erin of Dardanelle, AR; a brother, Donald Kilby and Gracie of Rapidan, VA; and three grandchildren, Austin, Max, and Asa Aylor.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, February 6, 2026 at Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.
A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 7, 2026 in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by Pastors Lance Braun and Derek Almarode.
Burial will follow in Mount Hermon Church Cemetery in Middlebrook.
Active pallbearers will be Warren S. Aylor, Austin Aylor, Philip Howell, Michael Pulley, Mike Stohler, William Howell, and Blake Howell.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
