Francis Anthony Pileski
Francis Anthony Pileski, Jr., 69, of Bridgewater, passed away Wednesday, December 17, 2025.
Frank graduated with a BS at SUNY Potsdam in 1978. He met his wife Pam at college and they were married in 1979 and celebrated 46 years of marriage.
Survived by four children, Matthew (Mandy) , Michael (Kayleigh), Kyle (Kristin), Taylor Hardy (Chandler); eight grandchildren, Charlotte, Hadleigh, Anslee, Maggie, Latham, Owen, Mason, and Ella; brother, Tom Pileski; nephews, Joshua, Zachary, and Benjamin.
He started his career in NYC in the burglary industry for 16 years. They moved to the Shenandoah Valley in 1995 to purchase a turkey farm, which led to his last career in poultry sales where he made numerous friends. Frank retired in 2022.
Frank never met a stranger; his vibrant personality led him to make friends everywhere he went. His smile was contagious, which brightened a room.
He was an avid fisherman, whether it be on the saltwater while growing up on Long Island or kayaking down the Middle River with his boys and best friend Roger.
He loved to cook, grill, make bread and always had a fabulous garden. He has passed those talents on to all his children.
He was a wonderful husband, father, "Poppie" and friend to everyone he knew. He will be missed dearly and will always have a special place in our hearts.
A "Celebration of Life" to honor Frank will be held at a later date at Walnut Hill Farm.
