Audrey Ellen Harold

Audrey Ellen Harold, 97, of Harrisonburg, passed away on Friday, November 7, 2025.

She was born on April 24, 1928, and was a daughter of the late Howard and Clara (Bogan) Rodgers.

Audrey had worked for a number of years at the Thomas House and the Bridgewater Retirement Community.

Audrey was united in marriage to Watson Harold, who preceded her in death.

Audrey is survived by three children, Gene (Gloria) Harold of Harrisonburg, Gerald Harold of Harrisonburg, and Larry Harold of Weyers Cave; sisters, Rebecca Crigo, and Mildred Viands; daughter-in-law, Sam Harold; grandchildren, Michael Harold, and Lanna Kyger; great-grandchildren, Josh Miller, Kevin Harold, Clayton Harold, Bradley Harold, Samantha Kyger, and Brittany Harold; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by a son, Gary Harold; sisters, Anna Miller, Elva Jarrett, Betty Smith, and Clara Mays; brothers, Howard, Herbert, Robert, and Frank Rodgers; grandchildren, Brian Harold and Lori Miller and her husband Ronnie; daughters-in-law, Barbara Harold and Judy Harold.

Friends and family may visit Johnson Funeral and Cremation Service in Bridgewater anytime between 10 AM and 5 PM on Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2025, to sign the guest register and pay their respects. Burial will be private.
