Roy "Fuzzy" Neal

Roy Omer “Fuzzy” Neal, Jr., 71, of Toms Brook, VA passed away Monday, September 8, 2025 at The Warren in Woodstock, VA. 

Mr. Neal was born in Strasburg, VA on August 11, 1954, a son of the late Roy Omer and Kathryn Boyer Neal, Sr.  He worked for Capitol Records and the O’Sullivan Corporation before retirement.  Mr. Neal was a member of the Spurmont Lodge No98, AF & AM of Strasburg, VA and former member of the Strasburg Moose Lodge and Strasburg Vol. Rescue Squad as well as being a Boy Scout Troop Leader.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Gregory “Greg” Neal.

Survivors include his wife Tammie Omps Neal; his children Jennifer Neal and Cody Neal (Ariel); one brother Paul Neal (Michael Ann) along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

A funeral service for Mr. Neal will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 12, 2025, at Stover Funeral Home with Pastor Stanley Thompson officiating. Mr. Neal will be laid to rest at Riverview Cemetery.  Masonic rites will be given by Spurmont Lodge No98 AF & AM of Strasburg. 

The family will receive friends at Stover Funeral Home on Thursday evening from 6-8 pm. 

Pallbearers will be Chad Neal, Michael Parsons, Chase Kerns, Alan Murden, Buster Riffey, and Austin Parsons. 

Memorials may be made to the SPCA or any Humane Society in memory of Fuzzy.
